Two brothers meet up for pie & mash whenever one of them flies into London. One day they walk into Manze's on Tower Bridge Road and sit down with a bloke called Norman — a man who loves pie and mash so much he's been to every shop in the UK and written a book about it. After a lovely lunch and great chat, the idea for the app was born.
